How the Oshi Push Elo ladder works

The Elo formula behind the Oshi Push ladder.

Rating

Every player starts at 1,500. Ratings move on the Elo 400-point scale after each reported match. K is 12 at 2,100+, 40 for the first 20 matches, 20 otherwise. Formula version 2.0.0.

Scoring

A win scores 1, a draw 0.5, a loss 0. Matches come from public event results.
